Who we are

Iris Property Group Limited is a UK property business focused on renewable energy land. The shift to solar, battery storage and wind has created strong demand for the right plots, but most landowners never reach the developers who want them, and rarely get the best terms on their own. We exist to close that gap.

What we do

We promote your land to a network of vetted developers and investors, run a competitive process, and help you secure the strongest deal, whether that is a long-term lease for index-linked income or an outright sale for a capital sum. There are no upfront fees and no obligation to proceed.
